A woman visiting Yellowstone National Park has died after being brutally bitten and blown into the air, park officials said Tuesday.
The 25-year-old woman, who arrived from Ohio, was not identified in the National Park Service’s news release.
The park said the woman approached the barbarian on Monday morning after approaching the boardwalk of the Black Sand Basin near the Old Faithful Geyser.

When the visitor came within 10 feet of the animal, the barbarian crucified her and “threw” her 10 feet into the air, the park said.
The woman sustained puncture wounds and other injuries and was taken to a hospital in Idaho, the service said. It is not clear where she died.
The park said the animal was near when two others attacked the woman. They did not disclose whether they were injured.
The park warned people to stay at least 25 yards from wildebeest, elk, pyghorn sheep and moose and at least 100 yards from bears and wolves.
