Videos show the fire ripping across the Texas Panhandle

Wildfires raging across the Texas Panhandle on Tuesday engulfed roads, filled the air with blinding smoke and lit up the night sky, according to video from CNN and local officials.
Video captured by CNN from the plane arriving in Amarillo, Texas, on Tuesday night showed flames all over the ground below.
As of 6 p.m., none of the fires had reached Amarillo, the fire department said said. But two hours later, the department said It and other agencies were battling the flames, which were moving toward the city on both sides of Highway 136. At the very least Three active fires Burns north of town.
