When Tampa Bay Lightning competed for the Colorado Avalanche in the final of this Stanley Cup, it reminded fans of why they are champions again and again. Or Friday, Tampa – exited with a loss in Game 4 Official Concerns – Entered a rocking ball arena to knock down the Avs with the Stanley Cup.
The setback of Lightning will be necessary again in Game 6. Tampa returns home on Sunday night, likely to force Game 7 on. The avalanche, meanwhile, hopes to end Lightning’s attempt to win the Stanley Cup for the third time. Championship in franchise history and since 2001.
Tampa has gone admirably 8-2 this past season, but Colorado (8-1 on the road) has proven to travel with its rival hosts.
