A body and a car have been found in Truckee Lake as authorities and dive teams search for Keeley Rodney, a 16-year-old girl who has been missing for the past two weeks. They confirmed to KRA 3 that a vehicle description matching the human remains was found at Prosser Creek Reservoir. Rodney was last seen on Aug. 6 at a large party with hundreds of young people at the Prosser Family Campground in Truckee, next to the lake. The young woman disappeared without a trace. Authorities said the last known ping from Rodney’s cell phone came near the lake around 12:30 a.m. that same night. Around 2:30pm on Sunday, Adventures with Purpose posted on Facebook about its findings. Around 4:50 pm, KCRA 3 reached the spot and witnessed law enforcement activity.
