Circuit Court Judge Luis Garcia has struck down Florida’s ban on same-sex marriage.
The ruling applies only to Monroe County and the Florida Keys, but licenses could be issued to same-sex partners as soon as Tuesday.
Florida Attorney General Pam Bondi could request a stay on the decision.
