SEBRING -

A call about a disturbance on May 8 led to the arrest of a Sebring man, according to an arrest report released Thursday.

Cozzell Rogers Jr., 23, no address given, was arrested May 8 by the Highlands County Sheriff’s Office and charged with battery, second or subsequent offense.

The arrest came after deputies responded to a disturbance call and observed three women following a male.

One of the women reported that Rogers pushed her, causing her to fall and be injured, the report said.
