SEBRING A man who insisted that police arrest his wife for supposedly breaking into his business ended up being the one arrested, according to an arrest report.
Javier Rosado Rodriguez, 40, 2212 Colmar Ave., Sebring, was arrested on May 11 by the Sebring Police Department and charged with misuse of the 911 system and making a false report of commission of a crime.
The arrest came after Rodriguez called 911 and later insisted several times that his wife should be arrested because she supposedly broke into his business and caused damage, the arrest report said.
But the wife, when questioned, insisted that she knew nothing about that, the report said.
Eventually, the report said, Rodriguez said she did not break into the business.
