A Sebring man stands accused of attacking his roommate with multiple weapons, according to an arrest report released this week.
Ronnie Kay Reid, 63, 546 Lime St., Sebring, was arrested April 5 by the Sebring Police Department and charged with aggravated battery, the report said.
The arrest came after the roommate said he was asleep when Reid walked in and allegedly struck him with his fist and a hammer, the report said.
The roommate told police that Reid left and returned with a knife and began hitting him again, the report said.
As of press time, Reid remained in the Highlands County jail on $5,000 bond.
