Sebring will have a city election this year, after all.
As of press time Friday, three candidates, including the two incumbents, qualified to run for two seats on the City Council.
Lenard B. Carlisle, a member of the city's code enforcement board and a native of Sebring, was the third candidate to file on Jan. 18. John Griffin and Scott Stanley, the incumbents, qualified earlier.
The election will be held March 12 and the two top vote-getters will win seats on the council and serve three-year terms.
