23 Avon Park High students inducted into National Honor Society

AVON PARK- Twenty-three Avon Park High School were inducted Monday into the school's National Honor Society chapter.

To be eligible for membership, students must have a cumulative unweighted GPA of 3.2, and meet standards of leadership, service and character. Candidates were evaluated and selected by the chapter's faculty council.

The following students were inducted: Ashley Acosta, Paige Andrews, Alyssa Cloud, Aaliya Eastburn, Hannah Farr, Rachel Gaidos, Rebecca Hall, Hailey High, Casey Jackson, Jocelyn Jackson, Emily Jahna, Leighton Jahna, Toryana Jones, Karl Labra, Chase Langston, Samia Mehbub, Jerrian Perry, Nicholas Ramnarain, Haley Richardson, Ericamarie Rodriguez, Emmanuel Satine, Elizabeth Varis, and Woodraun Wright.

They will join the 28 existing members: Stephanie Albright, Shelby Ball, Wyatt Bennett, Brandi Best, Taylor Brown, Briana Cox, Zachary Farr, Josh Gaidos, Roxanne Guerndt, Brenda Hernandez, Jovani Hernandez, Brook Jackson, Juliana Jackson, Mason Jahna, Kelsey Knowles, Jirah Ligon, Adriana Martinez, Genesis Moro, Ashlee Robitaille, Darlin Romero, Tamara Stokes, Maria Tataris, Imani Tate, Marina Torres, Edna Viljean, Caylie Wall, Brooks Whidden, and Alexis Williams.
